About Anthony
Anthony Mundis founded Key Twenty to bring senior-level marketing strategy to startups and small businesses that can't yet justify a full-time CMO.
Before starting Key Twenty, Anthony spent a decade building and running marketing programs across a wide range of industries: B2B and DTC startups, healthcare, pharma, education, logistics, small business, PR, information security, marketing agencies, and B2C SaaS. That range is intentional. Every industry convinced him of the same thing: the tactics change, but people don't. Buyers make decisions the same way whether they're comparing SaaS platforms or evaluating a franchise investment, and understanding why they buy is a bigger lever than any channel or campaign.
That's part of why Anthony went back for a Master's in Psychology. It gave him a formal framework for something he'd been doing intuitively for years: reading the psychology behind a buying decision, then building a go-to-market strategy around it instead of guessing. It shows up in how Key Twenty works: audience research built on how people actually think, not just who they are on paper; messaging built around real decision triggers; and go-to-market strategy that treats behavior as data, not assumption.
That approach has produced real results: helping a health-tech startup secure funding and drive over a million app downloads through audience research alone, taking a direct-to-consumer brand from $7.5M to $28M in revenue without sacrificing margin, and helping a B2B company more than double its share of business-to-business revenue.
Anthony lives in Jupiter, Florida, and built Key Twenty because he believes startups deserve the same caliber of marketing strategy as companies ten times their size, without needing ten times the budget, or a full-time hire, to get it.
